Illustrative process aid, not an ArcSolar import schema, eligibility decision or legal/technical diagnosis.

- Internal customer and job references:
- Installation address (use the existing authorised customer record):
- Purchase / installation dates and supporting invoice:
- Seller / installer identities and supply arrangements:
- Exact product model / available serial-number evidence:
- Customer's report in their words, first observed date and reported date:
- Relevant evidence already available (do not ask customers to open equipment):
- Warranty supplied / manufacturer case reference / correspondence:
- Named owner and next technical-assessment action:
- Next customer update and internal review date:
- Confirmed visit, if booked (a task deadline is not an appointment):
- Proposed remedy / approval still required:
- Outcome evidence and customer communication before closure:

Keep manufacturer contact, appointment booking and resolution as separate facts. Store only relevant information in the authorised customer/job system. Consumer guarantees are separate from a manufacturer's warranty; do not automatically reject a report because a written warranty expired.
