# Solar lead response and callback log

Use one row per unique enquiry. These example times are fictional; replace them with source evidence. Keep repeat calls and sender receipts separate from two-way contact.

| Enquiry reference | Source | Received | Saved | Assigned owner/time | First attempt | Conversation began | Next action/owner | Contact basis checked | Outcome evidence |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Fictional Lead A | Example source | 9:00 am | 9:03 am | Example rep / 9:04 am | 9:10 am | 9:18 am | Review bill / example rep | Example only | No live outcome |
| | | | | | | | | | |

Example: received-to-first-attempt = 10 minutes; received-to-conversation = 18 minutes. The receipt at 9:03 is a third event. Record the date and time zone beside real observations.

For a missed-call queue, deduplicate callers and identify whether each is a customer enquiry, an existing job or a supplier. An unanswered event is not a confirmed lost sale.
