Optional website analytics and advertising scripts stay off until you select “Accept optional”. “Reject optional” lets you continue browsing and requesting a demo. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. We store that choice in your browser. Staff exclusions and browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals also prevent these scripts from loading.

Analytics and advertising

With permission, Google Analytics measures website visits and interactions. PostHog measures marketing page views, demo clicks and performance. Our marketing PostHog configuration disables session recording and automatic form capture. Meta Pixel measures page views and demo requests for advertising measurement.

Campaign tags in a link help connect a visit to its advertisement. After you accept, we retain campaign details for the browser session and can include them when you open our enquiry form. Changing your cookie choice does not erase information already received by a provider.

Demo enquiries

Our enquiry form is hosted by Tally. It collects the details you submit so our team can respond. Confirmed form submissions can also be measured through Meta’s server-side conversion integration, which is separate from browser cookies. Review the form and its privacy information before submitting. Browsing this website or opening the form is not treated as a completed enquiry.

Other services

The live demo, ArcSolar app and documentation are separate services. Their tracking and account settings may differ. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
