Features are described at the scope established by each vendor’s public sources. “Not documented” is an unknown, not a claim that the feature is absent. ArcSolar AI and Roof Vision require the appropriate plan; permissions, source data and provider setup apply.
Why choose ArcSolar
- Bring the quote into the same workspace as the call and customer. Roof Vision saves design drawings into the offer and customer documents.
- Continue from acceptance into operations and provider tracking. The team can inspect the quoted work, job and rebate evidence together.
- Choose a clear capability layer: core operating workflow on Spark, AI and Roof Vision on Arc, custom scope on Grid.
Compare the complete implementation
PipeReply describes its offer as software with a service, configured and managed by its team. Its Core package includes one proposal integration; job integrations, extra connections and migration have published scope and add-ons.
Compare the cost and ownership of every external tool you keep. ArcSolar does not establish a native Pylon or OpenSolar integration here; agree migration and any retained systems before onboarding.
Put the difference to work in a demo
- A fictional customer promises a switchboard photo by Tuesday. Find that promise in the call, then open the saved task, owner and timing.
- Show how the photo reaches the accepted quote and operational handover; record which system stores it.
- Open the linked provider application after installation and identify the missing evidence. Count the external systems and manual transfers needed.
These are evaluation steps using fictional or your own authorised records. Record the result, required plan and any manual step; they are not measured claims of competitor performance.
Match the product to the job
PipeReply lists calling, transcription and autonomous appointment setters. If autonomous outbound contact is a requirement today, include that working capability in your evaluation.
ArcSolar’s voice agents remain planned. Current CallIntelligence supports internal follow-up; review the source conversation and the assigned task.
