Solar sales call intelligence

Turn the last call into the next action.

ArcSolar CallIntelligence turns captured conversations into summaries and, where enabled, customer-linked follow-up tasks. Review the transcript, task owner and due date so the next sales action is ready to work.

Eligible call summaries can create tasks automatically, avoid duplicates and keep the source call attached.

What you can do

Follow up with the conversation in view

01

Pick up the conversation faster

Open the correct customer call and read Intelligence notes and Next steps. Important commitments can be checked against the listed source calls.

02

Verify what the customer said

Review available transcripts or recordings for prices, dates and technical details. A summary can be useful while still needing a correction.

03

Turn call commitments into tasks

Eligible summaries create customer-linked tasks. Check whether the timing is an agreed date or an internal Review timing date, then verify the source call before acting. Existing actions are checked to avoid duplicates.

Setup and workflow

Put it to work in ArcSolar

Access depends on the plan, permissions and captured material. Not every call has a transcript or summary, and processing may still be underway.

  1. 1

    Open the captured call

Find the call in Comms, customer history or an authorised reporting view. Check its date and whether the recording, transcript and summary are available.

  2. 2

    Read the next step

Select ArgonixIntelligence beside the call in the customer’s Activity tab. Inspect Intelligence notes and open the transcript to verify a commitment.

  3. 3

    Confirm the task exists

Illustrative example: a customer says to revisit the quote in three to four months. ArcSolar uses the earliest date as internal Review timing. Check the existing task and source call before arranging an appointment; that review date is not a time agreed with the customer.

Questions

Before you get started

Does every call automatically create a task?

Eligible processed summaries can create tasks when they contain unresolved actions and an eligible owner is assigned. Other calls may create none. A specific date and time discussed on the call can become a due date; approximate timing becomes an internal review date. Check the saved task and source. Task creation does not book an appointment or contact the customer.

What if a transcript is missing?

Check whether the call was captured and whether processing is underway. Use available source material and report the call reference if the expected result is missing.

Can the summary prove customer acceptance?

No. A call summary does not establish contract acceptance, payment or finance approval. Use the corresponding acceptance or payment record for that decision.
