Does a certificate mean the rebate is paid?
No. Application progress, certificates, inspection and payment can move independently. Check reported payment evidence before recording settlement.
Can ArcSolar approve my GreenDeal claim?
ArcSolar provides linked application visibility. GreenDeal and the responsible parties retain the provider-side submission, approval and settlement actions.
What happens if credentials change?
Use Update credentials and verify the retailer and environment again. Check linked projects before disconnecting an account that operations still uses.
