ArcSolar field guide / Practical checklists

A solar customer reactivation email that earns a reply

Read why the customer paused, whether the offer is still valid and whether contact is appropriate. A new battery product is not automatically relevant to every old lead. Verify the original conversation before making the email personal.

Prepare the right inputs

A practical example

  • Subject: Still considering the battery for [site]?
  • Hi [first name], when we last spoke you were waiting for [verified reason]. Has that changed? If useful, I can review the earlier proposal and explain whether its equipment and assumptions still fit. No need to decide today. If you would prefer no further follow-up, let me know. Keep these boundaries clear

This is a staff-reviewed email example, not a claim that ArcSolar runs automatic reactivation email campaigns. Do not invent a prior conversation, scarcity or a price change. A cancelled reminder is not restarted just by enabling automation.
