Prepare the right inputs
Choose a message for the customer’s actual stage. Check the quote reference, consent and recent conversation before scheduling it. ArcSolar journeys use saved templates; review the active step and its preview rather than assuming these examples are installed defaults.

A practical example
- After sending: “Hi [first name], it’s [rep] from [retailer]. Your solar proposal is ready: [secure quote link]. Reply if you would like me to walk through the system or payment schedule.”
- Decision support: “Hi [first name], is there anything in quote [reference] you would like clarified before deciding? I can explain the equipment, assumptions or next steps. [rep], [retailer].”
- Final check-in: “Hi [first name], should we leave quote [reference] open for discussion or close the follow-up for now? No pressure—let me know what suits. [rep], [retailer].”
Keep these boundaries clear
Replace every placeholder, use only the intended customer’s private link, and include the unsubscribe wording required by your sending setup. Stop on an opt-out. These are editorial examples, not tested conversion claims or legal advice.

Put the checklist to work
Use one representative record to test the workflow before rolling it out across the team. Confirm what is supported in your plan and who owns unresolved work.
