ArcSolar field guide / Practical checklists

Measure solar quote follow-up without inflating conversion

Choose a fixed cohort of issued quotes and an observation end date. Record unique quote references, owner, send date, acceptance and collection evidence. Keep revisions with the same offer rather than counting each reminder as another lead.

Prepare the right inputs

Choose a fixed cohort of issued quotes and an observation end date. Record unique quote references, owner, send date, acceptance and collection evidence. Keep revisions with the same offer rather than counting each reminder as another lead.

A practical example

  • Illustrative cohort: 40 issued offers, 30 with a recorded view, 10 accepted and 8 with a confirmed deposit. Acceptance is 10 ÷ 40 = 25%; confirmed-deposit incidence is 8 ÷ 40 = 20%.
  • Do not report 10 ÷ 30 as the overall acceptance rate: that is acceptance among the viewed subset. State the cohort and denominator beside every rate.

Keep these boundaries clear

This is an analytical method, not an ArcSolar dashboard formula or proof that reminders caused a sale. Reps, lead mix and elapsed time affect outcomes. Dashboard filters and underlying record definitions must be checked before comparison.
